Three to five sentences explaining the challenges of placing these individuals into the distribution The challenge that jumps out, which I noticed- The difficulty categorizing everyone to a rating is challenging simply because differentiating who gets specific number can get more difficult once individuals have similar work ethic. What makes someone a 2 instead of a 3 was challenging to decide when discussing with all the different managers.
